    Just throwing this out there. A good book i just finished reading that sort of relates is Mindless Eating: Why we eat more than we think. Its really shows how much our environment really impacts our ea.

    Thanks. Ill give that a try to add to my arsenal. As of right now i think things are ok though. Next time i go to my doc i am going to ask to get a prescription for an AI just in case cuz without a script it is too damn expensive.

    Wow. Its been awhile since i made that post. Thanks for the info though triceptor. Since that time my estrogen has increased to 29 with a reference range of 15-30. I can never remember the units. I have been controlling it from going higher since i was at the very top levels of total T and free T with DIM/Indoplex and TMG which seems to be doing something. I just recently switched to the shots so i wait and see what happens.

    Yep. Fasted cardio has its place. I lost most of my thigh fat and a little bit of my lower ab fat doing fasted cardio in the morning. I took Y/C before and then went for about 45-minutes to an hour.

    Correct me if i am wrong, but while having more type 1 may accomplish what you said above, will it not also limit muscle growth since type 1 cannot convert to type 2 but type 2a can convert into type 2b?

    I did 2 HEAT and 1 AMP before going out drinking and took a second dose later in the night. Definitely put me in the so called "rare form." I was pretty spaced out by the end of the night. Of course i have to factor in that i partook in some pot smoking as well. Good times.

    It is damn hard to do but for me going for a 30-45 minute run after a night of drinking helps to relieve the hangover. Sweating out all the toxins must be a good thing. As far as training i agree with RepubCarrier.

    Yep. What i also like is i actually get a decent anorectic effect as well. It helps avoid the late night drunk munchies that can end up leading to the purchase of an uneeded pizza pie.

    I agree with you on the boozing party. When i drink the HEAT/AMP stack is a stable. Makes out for a better night
