1. Resveratol

I think you guys are putting the cart before the horse with your concerns about bioavailability. The reason why resveratrol is being studied at all is because of the so-called "French Paradox" ie. Why do the frogs have such low incidences of cardiovascular disease and stay thin when they eat such a fatty diet and smoke? They came to the conclusion that is was the polyphenols in red grape skins and in particular, resveratrol. The French aren't getting the ultra-pure pharm-grade resveratrol that was manufactured in an O2 free process and main-lining it. They drink fermented grape juice that is stored underground in old oak barrels. 80% , 8% , or .8% bioavailability...who cares?

3. Along the same lines are the theories and experiments of Rupert Sheldrake. Really good stuff here... http://www.sheldrake.org/homepage.html
4. I just got an email from them. Their Aniracetam is $.20/gram. It would be nice if BulkNutrition and Unique bring their prices down.
5. DHEA

The only problem with this is that in men, DHEA supplementation by itself almost always results in a rather sizable increase in estrogen levels. The original andro (a direct DHEA metabolite) suffered from the same problem. From my understanding of the metabolic pathway, the DHEA has to become T first and then this is aromatized into E. So by blocking this last step with an AI, you shift the endpoint in favor of increased T. Ideally, your AI dose would be just enough to keep E levels at pre-supplement levels and not depress them below this point. 269683 This steroid tree is pretty interesting. So according to the tree, the paths of DHEA to estrogen are DHEA>androstenedione>estrone, DHEA>androstenedione>testosterone>estradiol, DHEA>androstenediol>testosterone>estradiol, DHEA>16a-hydroxyDHEA>16a-hydroxyandrostendione>16a-hydroxyestrone. Aromatase is necessary for every path to estrogen. Hmm, DHEA and an AI is sounding pretty good. I just wonder about the rate limiting factor of the other enzymes. How much DHEA/andros can actually be converted per day? I wouldn't want to waste DHEA with all the starving children in the world and all.
6. American Fat

I'd have to agree on the lack of movement being a large contributor to America's weight problem. Go to Manhattan and you'll see thinner folks than other parts of the U.S. because Manhattanites walk everywhere. They also have lots of fast food available to them. Getting off your fat ass and doing stuff goes a long way.
7. Thanks for your help Doc!
8. I'm sorry, when you say don't add anymore water, do you mean not to add water to the solution until the NaOH has fully reacted with the solution of HEET and androgen? It is my understanding that in order to get the base out of solution I must slowly add water to the solution which will cause the base to crystalize - then just filter and rinse the crystals. This is correct, no?
9. So I decided to make a tren base/test base IN spray. I got 2 carts of fina-h and 2 of syno-h and I thought hmm, maybe I could convert these implants at the same time to save some time. I dissolved the pellets in heet and then I filtered the beautiful golden solution into a coffee pot. I then proceeded to make saturated NaOh - put 2 ounces of water into a thick glass, and stirred Red Devil lye into the glass one teaspoon at a time in a cold water bath. When the lye wouldn't dissolve anymore I added a little bit more water, stirred until the lye crystals were no more. Added the lye into the coffee pot and stirred slowly every couple of hours, all the while this solution is turning darker and darker and it appears as though something has slightly crashed out of solution. Now I have in my coffed pot a solution that is as black as espresso with a little bit of lighter colored solids on the bottom of the pot. My guess is that the fine swirly sediment is some of the steroid base that crystalized due to the lye solution not being fully saturated. Did I fuck up by trying to saponify 2 different acid esters at the same time, or should I continue on to saturating the solution with water?
10. For you Steroid Chemists

Thanks man.
11. For you Steroid Chemists

Is 17β-hydroxy-7α-methyl-estra-4-3-one and 7-alpha-19Nor-androst-4-en-3-one,17b-ol different monikers for the same thing?
12. Cortislim

What has been your experience with the "relaxing" effects that they talk about? I see NOW has a Relora for like $11, that would be my choice. 251653 There is def anxiolytic effects with Relora. While there aren't any euphoric or sedative feelings (at the dosages I've been using), after taking it I feel relaxed. I've actually decided to come off of Lexapro and see how I do on Relora, Rhodiola, L-Theanine, and Alcar. While I have a good script plan and this stack will cost me way more per month, I feel that Lexapro has made me numb and uninterested in sex.
13. Cortislim

As far as reducing visceral fat, Magnolia Bark should be pretty good. It is one of the ingredients in Relora, the other being Phellodendron Amurense. Relora is supposed to be as good as Phosphatidyl(sp) Serine in reducing cortisol - something like 37% after 2 weeks. It's much cheaper than PS too. I've been experimenting with this and green tea and I've been getting good results. I haven't lost much sub-cut fat, but my swollen gut has really shrunk
14. For you Steroid Chemists

I was thinking that due to it's short half-life (5 hrs I think), that multiple daily doses would be optimal, and injecting 2x per day would suck. But then again, d-bol has a 5 hr half-life and it works just fine with once per day dosing
15. For you Steroid Chemists

An effective dose of this substance is in the 20mg-50mg/day. One would need to take ~60-150mg/day transdermally. At $.05/mg, doing a cycle with this would cost from $3-$7.50/day! Sublingual or IN is probably the route to go.
