    Bodyweight calisthenics and Intervals perhaps? I would think that is more consistant with the ebb and flow of a fight. Outside of that, I would suggest getting started with the cardio more than 4 weeks out. Jason

Trouble, I sent you a PM after this was posted, and told you after this was posted nothing was directed at you. I don't know why you wouldn't take me at my word, You responded to my PM before you even saw this thread, so that is what must be going on. Sorry you feel disrespected by my comments, but I said not a word that I don't believe. Take Dan the Man for instance. He is a Yoda to the nth degree. 3 years training with a "perfect" diet and supplementation, and cannot even squat 200lbs. Like I said, if people would obsess a bit less, and lift a bit more, rants like that wouldn't be necessary. I realize that the reference to the mirror may have been too vague for most. Just please Don't tell me that someone like Layne can't look in the mirror and tell that his hormone output, receptor affinity, and the like are at the high end of the spectrum, and I can't look and tell that mine are everywhere. Alot of the Yodas on here can talk all day of the reasons, means, and other scientific whatnot.     If you were to go to the doctor, and get tests done for all of those hormonal things, it will have a "normal" range, and will tell you where you fall. As for the CNS, stuff like that, a few years of hard training will get you the answers. Everything else, is in the mirror. Jason
